Hi Jeanne,
CNS is Central Nervous System. Basically you're using the part of your caveman body which is trained to run from lions when you're weight training and you need to switch back to 'there's no danger' mode and this is what the cool-down walk is for me.
Look forward to seeing you around PN.
You might want to check out Krista's article <a href="http://figureathlete.tmuscle.com/article/diet_and_nutrition/think_outside_the_cereal_box" rel="nofollow">Think outside the cereal box</a> for more cool ideas for breaky. I love Chilli or curry.

Michelle,

What's CNS? I've also been thinking about hitting the treadmill after weight training, but I never heard that it makes a huge difference - tell me more!

Also, THANK YOU for your comment on stumptuous.com's "Positive Thinking is Overrated." A little light bulb came on when I read that you eat tuna and spinach for breakfast, then hit the gym. I tried it/I love it! I'm starting the PN Fat Loss Kick-Start (which I read about in your side bar, thank you!), and look forward to droppin' it like it's hot!
