gooey with joy

It’s so easy to write a post and complain about stuff that’s going on, but this afternoon I’ve just felt gooey with joy. No real reason, maybe it was just my chiropractic adjustment. Sometimes I leave Dr Frank’s that way. Apparently I had my bronchil tubes stretch and my large intestine poked at too. I can breath better and, well, I’ll spare the bathroom details.

Today is going to be my first training session in a week. Just a quick cardio session and a sauna. By a quick cardio session I mean 12 sprints of the FF Adelaide stairs. Can she do it? Not sure, but my plan is to not think about the completion just each single step.

Also want to do a quick congratulations to the gorgeous Nick, who helped me out a few times last year. 3 titles in 1 month, what a comeback!

Check out that bod! (That’s Nick in the red)
